We know it takes a while to get used to your new mattress and a few nights (or few minutes in a shop) is not long enough to really test a mattress for its suitability or comfort.

That’s why we proudly offer our 60-Nights Comfort Guarantee, giving you the time and peace of mind so you can shop confidently and sleep peacefully knowing we stand behind your new mattress.

Mattress Hub’s 60-Night Comfort Guarantee is offered on any Australian Made mattress that is not a floor model or otherwise ineligible purchase.

Here's How It Works:

Try your new mattress for 60 nights, If after 21 nights you’re not loving your new sleep experience, we’ll gladly refund your money or offer one (1) mattress exchange at no expense to you. If you decide to exchange there would be no restocking or exchange fee.

If your new selection is:

Less than the price you originally paid, we’ll refund the difference.
More than your original mattress price, you can simply pay the difference.

A Few Important Terms (Non-Negotiable)

Must try it for minimum 21-Night Adjustment Period

Your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress. During the first few weeks, it’s normal to feel a little stiff or achy as your muscles and posture adapt and get used to the new normal. We require that you sleep on the mattress for at least 21 nights before requesting an exchange.

Keep it Clean

Returns are only accepted if the mattress is 100% free of stains or body fluids. Our team will inspect it before exchange. To qualify for this policy, you must purchase a recommended mattress protector from us at the time of purchase and use it at all times.

Please note: This guarantee is for mattress only and bed bases, adjustable beds, mattress protectors and other items are not eligible for exchange. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

I walked into this store and the service from Raj was amazing. She is so friendly, professional and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy.

I purchased a mattress and, even though it was excellent quality, I found it a bit too firm for me so i went back and Raj showed me all the other options again and helped me choose the right one. I can honestly say I now have the best mattress ever, and I've been sleeping so well ever since.

Since then, I've also bought another four single bed bases and mattresses, and once again everything was perfect. The delivery was fantastic, everything arrived exactly as expected, and the whole process was so easy.

Raj was a superstar and answered all of our many questions. She helped us find a mattress that suited our needs and our budget.
